Join Techlab Webinar on 28 August as Dr. Snyder, Ph.D. will provide a comprehensive overview of C. difficile diagnostic testing methods, including an overview of their respective strengths and weaknesses, how to interpret test results, and how these methods align with the current best practices published by the ACG Clinical Practice Guidelines. Additionally, Dr. Snyder, Ph.D. will explore the latest updates and coming changes to the NHSN C. diff reporting guidelines.
OBJECTIVES
- Understand the current clinical methodologies of C. diff testing and their strengths and weaknesses.
- Understand test result interpretation.
- Review the 2021 ACG clinical practice guidelines.
- Review current and upcoming NHSN C. difficile reporting guidelines
