Olu Ajilore, MD, PhD, holds many esteemed titles at the University of Illinois-Chicago's Psychiatry College of Medicine, including Director of the Mood and Anxiety Disorders Program, and Director of the Adult Neuroscience Residency Research Track. His group focuses on using structural and functional brain connectivity to study the brain as a network.
Using these modalities, they have developed innovative ways of discovering brain alterations associated with major depression that may lead to patient-specific targets for intervention and treatment.
In this 1-hour session, Dr. Ajilore will lead a 45-minute presentation, then conclude with a 15-minute Q&A session.
